Yes. All Neolina products are registered in the CPNP (Cosmetic Products Notification Portal) for the EU and UK, and are compliant with FDA regulations for the United States.

Our products are also certified by ECOCERT and registered in the EU, UK, and the USA. Additionally, our production facility is certified according to ISO 22716:2007, the international standard for Good Manufacturing Practices in cosmetics.

Our products are formulated to be gentle and suitable for most skin types. If you have specific allergies or sensitivities, we recommend reviewing the full ingredient list on each product page before purchasing.

Most Neolina products are best used within 12 months of opening, as indicated by the PAO (Period After Opening) symbol on the packaging. Unopened products have a shelf life of up to 36 months.

Store your Neolina products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. This helps preserve their quality and effectiveness over time.

Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to modify or cancel it as it enters our fulfilment process immediately. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
