Currently, Neolina ships exclusively within the European Union, the United Kingdom and the United States.
Once your order is confirmed, it is processed within 1–2 business days. You will then receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also check your order status by logging into your Neolina account.
During peak periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Mother’s Day, Christmas, and New Year’s, we process a higher volume of orders. As a result, delivery times from our side and our carriers may be slightly longer than usual. We always do our best to deliver your order on time, but in some cases, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

Yes! Enter your discount code at checkout in the designated field before completing your purchase. Please note that only one discount code can be applied per order.
